My original appointment was to drop off my winter tires and store them, however 3 of my all season tires had nails in them. Mohawk Ford plugged my 3 tires and I was able to drop off my winter tires the next day! Thank you so so much.

I visited Mohawk Ford in January 2026 to look at a used Mustang and then saw a 2025 Ford Mustang GT convertible 60th Anniversary edition in the showroom. I was starstruck - I had to have it! After a test drive and another trip up to the dealership a few days later, I bought it. Ace salesman Steve Gracie was exceptional. Whatever I asked for, he made happen. The dealership even allowed me to store the car in the showroom until I could pick it up in March. And if that wasn't enough, he tolerated my biweekly visits to 'see' the car. Who does that?! Very up front and honest. There not after your money here. I was getting alot of work done to my truck and as they were doing it they found more. Brought it to my attention and said hey since were already working in that area we wont charge u labour if youd like to get this fixed. Paul was my service tech and he was really good with taking calls/questions and helping me figure out my situation

Had a surprise breakdown the other day, when I didn't have time. Brought it to Mohawk Ford not having a clue what was going on. I didn't have an appointment, but left my vehicle and went home to wait. Somehow they were able to squeeze me and diagnosed my vehicle, which was a simple quick fix. Thank you Adam!!! You are are an awesome honest mechanic. I wouldn't have know the difference. Thanks Mohawk Ford and Adam. Your service is always top notch.

Very friendly and attentive staff. No pressure sales. Everything explained, very attentive. Mike in sales worked hard to put a deal together and finished the transaction and we left with a car within a few hours. Highly recommend this dealership

Good service on Wednesday July 16 at 8:30am when I went in for my appointment. The service guy that was helping me was very professional and he explained everything in detail he works in the auto repair and front desk sections. The ford shuttle car driver was very nice also to me. Thank you!!!

Just bought a Ford Explorer from Mohawk Ford. Best experience buying a car ever. Staff was friendly was it was a no hassle experience. Didn’t feel like we were being sold or oversold. They gave us a great deal. Stuwart was great to deal with and the sales manager and dealership owners came to see us to make sure we were being well served. We will buy from them again. Nice to know family owned dealerships still exists.

I’ve been a customer at Mohawk Ford since 2018 and have consistently trusted this location for my vehicle servicing, so I expect a certain level of professionalism and respect. My experience this morning did not meet that standard. I was given incorrect expectations about the duration of my appointment, and when I sought clarification, the response I received was dismissive and lacked basic customer care. What is most concerning is the tone of the interaction. While nothing explicitly inappropriate was said, the attitude and lack of engagement felt disrespectful and unwelcoming. As a long-term customer, this was both disappointing and unexpected. Customer service is not only about completing the work, but about how clients are treated in the process. I hope this feedback is taken and addressed moving forward. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Update: Following my review, the Service Manager, Stacey, personally reached out to address my concerns. She took the time to listen, ensured I felt heard and supported, and arranged a vehicle pickup from my home to help resolve the situation. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care significantly improved my experience and demonstrated a commitment to customer service and client satisfaction. Because of Stacey's efforts and the steps taken to make things right, I have updated my rating to 4 stars. Thank you for showing that customer feedback is valued and acted upon.
