My original appointment was to drop off my winter tires and store them, however 3 of my all season tires had nails in them. Mohawk Ford plugged my 3 tires and I was able to drop off my winter tires the next day!

I visited Mohawk Ford in January 2026 to look at a used Mustang and then saw a 2025 Ford Mustang GT convertible 60th Anniversary edition in the showroom. I was starstruck - I had to have it! After a test drive and another trip up to the dealership a few days later, I bought it. Ace salesman Steve Gracie was exceptional. Whatever I asked for, he made happen. The dealership even allowed me to store the car in the showroom until I could pick it up in March. And if that wasn't enough, he tolerated my biweekly visits to 'see' the car. Who does that?!

A HUGE thank you to Steve and everyone at Mohawk Ford. I had an amazing experience and I am truly grateful.

Very up front and honest. There not after your money here. I was getting alot of work done to my truck and as they were doing it they found more. Brought it to my attention and said hey since were already working in that area we wont charge u labour if youd like to get this fixed. Paul was my service tech and he was really good with taking calls/questions and helping me figure out my situation

Had a surprise breakdown the other day, when I didn't have time. Brought it to Mohawk Ford not having a clue what was going on. I didn't have an appointment, but left my vehicle and went home to wait. Somehow they were able to squeeze me and diagnosed my vehicle, which was a simple quick fix. Thank you Adam!!! You are are an awesome honest mechanic. I wouldn't have know the difference. Thanks Mohawk Ford and Adam. Your service is always top notch.

Good service on Wednesday July 16 at 8:30am when I went in for my appointment. The service guy that was helping me was very professional and he explained everything in detail he works in the auto repair and front desk sections. The ford shuttle car driver was very nice also to me. Thank you!!!

Just bought a Ford Explorer from Mohawk Ford. Best experience buying a car ever. Staff was friendly was it was a no hassle experience. Didn’t feel like we were being sold or oversold. They gave us a great deal. Stuwart was great to deal with and the sales manager and dealership owners came to see us to make sure we were being well served. We will buy from them again. Nice to know family owned dealerships still exists.

Rained early this morning making it a difficult walk for people this morning using the sidewalks! Walking on Upper James this morning was hazardous to say the least!
That being said, I'd like to recognize and thank Mohawk Ford for salting the sidewalks in front of their business. What a relief that was to see! Much appreciated! I am not a customer of this business, but a very thankful citizen of Hamilton!

I recently bought a new truck from Mohawk Ford and the experience was flawless, Dante was very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Also Donna the financial services manager is amazing and definitely makes the process seamless. The service department was also able to squeeze me in with very short notice to swap out my tires while I waited and they were fast and friendly. I’ve bought many new vehicles at various dealerships over the years and can honestly say that my experience with Mohawk Ford has been the best so far.

Even though I did not have car work there they were very honest and straightforward.

I’ve always had a great experience at the Mohawk location. Every time I come in for a service, the staff greets you with a smile. They’re well-trained, knowledgeable, and take the time to answer all customer questions in an easy-to-understand way, explaining the service and any parts that are changed. They’re always flexible and do their best to meet your needs when scheduling an appointment, which is amazing.

I really appreciate the reminder about upcoming appointments via text or their answering machine—it’s a great idea and very helpful. They also offer a shuttle service as a backup, which adds an extra level of convenience. I’ve been a customer here for over a year, and I’ve never had a bad experience. They are, without a doubt, the best dealership I’ve found in Hamilton.
