Description:

The Service Technician provides automotive services by performing inspections, repairs, maintenance, and installations efficiently, safely and according to manufacturer quality and time standards. Complies with manufacturer and dealership’s safety and environmental programs and practices. Automotive services may include, but are not limited to driveability, suspensions, alignments, steering, heating and air conditioning, basic and ABS brakes and exhaust systems.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on vehicles.
• Diagnose, repair and maintain vehicles in accordance with factory and retailer standards.
• Repair or replace faulty components.
• Conduct inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently.
• Promote and attain manufacturer standards for superior workmanship
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Problem solving skills
• Fine attention to detail
• Strong work ethic, both as part of a team and an independent employee
