I recently bought a new truck from Mohawk Ford and the experience was flawless, Dante was very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Also Donna the financial services manager is amazing and definitely makes the process seamless. The service department was also able to squeeze me in with very short notice to swap out my tires while I waited and they were fast and friendly. I’ve bought many new vehicles at various dealerships over the years and can honestly say that my experience with Mohawk Ford has been the best so far.

Even though I did not have car work there they were very honest and straightforward.

I’ve always had a great experience at the Mohawk location. Every time I come in for a service, the staff greets you with a smile. They’re well-trained, knowledgeable, and take the time to answer all customer questions in an easy-to-understand way, explaining the service and any parts that are changed. They’re always flexible and do their best to meet your needs when scheduling an appointment, which is amazing.I really appreciate the reminder about upcoming appointments via text or their answering machine—it’s a great idea and very helpful. They also offer a shuttle service as a backup, which adds an extra level of convenience. I’ve been a customer here for over a year, and I’ve never had a bad experience. They are, without a doubt, the best dealership I’ve found in Hamilton.

Mohawk Ford is the best Ford dealership in the area! Brought my 2017 Ford escape in on Thursday morning, by 12:00pm we knew what the issue was and by 1pm on Friday my car was ready to be picked up. Donna from the service team was such great help. She let me know what was happening every step of the way! A job that was already done by Eastgate Ford and took 2 months to fix, you guys did in less than 2 days. Great service! I had a great experience with Ford Mohawk's customer service. They were very prompt in fixing my truck's AC compressor and kept me informed at every step. The repair was done efficiently, and the staff was friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them for their excellent service.

The relationship does not end when you purchase a vehicle, it actually starts. I should know, our family has purchased 26 vehicles since 1996. I think our next one is free!! I had a nail in my tire and called the service department, they were more helpful. Unfortunately, I needed a new tire and it took an extra day to complete the job. Stacy went above and beyond helping me through this service issue. Always happy with the service at Mohawk Ford. Thank you Stacey and all your staff.

Great staff and service

At 1030 am yesterday November 21/23 I went to start my 2015 Ford Edge and it would not start. I called my dealer Mohawk Ford and I spoke with Julia who told me if I could get it over there she would try (no promises) to have it looked at today or the next. I got a jump and drove it over and Julia arraigned for a ride home. She kept me updated through the day and told me I needed a new battery and gave me the price so I could ok the work. Again telling me that it was no guarantee that it would be ready by days end. We'll Julia called me at 430pm and said that there was a vehicle on its way to pick me up my car was ready. 5 minutes later I was on my way back to Mohawk Ford. I can't say enough about the way I was treated by Julia. I hope Mohawk Ford is smart enough to keep her as she is a great asset to your company. Let's face it the customer advisor's have a very tough job because they deal with people at one of there worst times. We all need our vehicles for work and appointments and when it's down we don't always have the proper state of mind and we get a little high strung. Aside from their professional service they care about us. My 2015 Ford has been the best vehicle I have ever owned and at 69 years of age I've owned alot of cars. Once again I Thank-you Mohawk Ford and especially Julia for making my day.
