Mohawk Ford is the best Ford dealership in the area! Brought my 2017 Ford escape in on Thursday morning, by 12:00pm we knew what the issue was and by 1pm on Friday my car was ready to be picked up. Donna from the service team was such great help. She let me know what was happening every step of the way! A job that was already done by Eastgate Ford and took 2 months to fix, you guys did in less than 2 days. Great service! I had a great experience with Ford Mohawk's customer service. They were very prompt in fixing my truck's AC compressor and kept me informed at every step. The repair was done efficiently, and the staff was friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them for their excellent service.

I had a nail in my tire and called the service department, they were more helpful. Unfortunately, I needed a new tire and it took an extra day to complete the job. At 1030 am yesterday November 21/23 I went to start my 2015 Ford Edge and it would not start. I called my dealer Mohawk Ford and I spoke with Julia who told me if I could get it over there she would try (no promises) to have it looked at today or the next. I got a jump and drove it over and Julia arraigned for a ride home. She kept me updated through the day and told me I needed a new battery and gave me the price so I could ok the work. Again telling me that it was no guarantee that it would be ready by days end. We'll Julia called me at 430pm and said that there was a vehicle on its way to pick me up my car was ready. 5 minutes later I was on my way back to Mohawk Ford. I can't say enough about the way I was treated by Julia. I hope Mohawk Ford is smart enough to keep her as she is a great asset to your company. Let's face it the customer advisor's have a very tough job because they deal with people at one of there worst times. We all need our vehicles for work and appointments and when it's down we don't always have the proper state of mind and we get a little high strung. Aside from their professional service they care about us. My 2015 Ford has been the best vehicle I have ever owned and at 69 years of age I've owned alot of cars. Once again I Thank-you Mohawk Ford and especially Julia for making my day.

I recently bought my 2023 Bronco Sport here, they were able to find me the exact trim package, features and colour that I wanted in a very short time.The sales staff (Vince) was completely on top of the process from start to finish. He was professional, kind, honest, and gave me updates as needed. The entire staff from Sales, to Financing, to Parts&Service have been nothing but friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.My experience here at Mohawk Ford has earned them a lifetime customer, I strongly recommend.

Vince was a pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable and accomodating. He was eager to help us find exactly what we were looking for. He even called the day after our visit to let us know a vehicle had arrived that was closer to what we were looking for. With delays of shipments and the necessity of a vehicle being imminent, we did purchase another as we found an AWD at another dealer. We would have been happy to work with Mohawk had they had inventory. Thank you Vince for being an honest salesman and the time you spent with us .

Just got a used 2020 Escape from Josh! He was wonderful and so helpful and a huge part as to why I decided to go through with Ford rather than any other dealership I was looking at. He made the process very easy and enjoyable without any of the normal hassles of dealerships. Even if we weren’t going to get the car, Josh would be getting a 5 star review. Highly recommend!

I have had a wonderful experience visiting first time at this Ford dealership location. I was scheduled for a recall. From the beginning with the appointment to the completion of the work, it was very smooth and on time. They have friendly staffs working at the service desk. It is a big place with lots of Ford models. I am satisfied with their service and I would definitely recommend this place.

It was only a quick trip to locate a frame for my licence plate (tag). Parts guy was quite helpful. Took the VIN for the truck and said it wasn’t in but could be shipped in overnight. Not their fault but $46 is a bit steep for a piece of ABS that was probably blow-formed offshore. I’ll think about it first!Clean place, tho.
