We want to make life easier! The available Hands-Free Liftgate certainly provides a helping hand when you need it most. Hands full? Just swipe your foot under the rear bumper, and your liftgate will open automatically.
A substantial 39.2 cubic feet of cargo space behind the second row gives you plenty of room for all those pieces you can’t leave behind. However, if you need a little more space, you’ll love the 60/40 split-seating so that you can adjust the rear seats to fit your cargo without sacrificing the entire rear row.
You shouldn’t have to purchase another vehicle for towing purposes. The Edge is capable and ready with the Class II Trailer Tow Package. You’re guaranteed a maximum towing capacity of 3500 pounds. - Blind Spot Information System with Cross-Traffic Alert. When traffic enters your blind spot, our system alerts you by illuminating a small light in your corresponding side-view mirror. As a result, you keep your eyes on the road ahead.
Cross-Traffic Alert. When you’re in reverse, our system monitors the traffic on either side of your vehicle, alerting you to oncoming traffic. This is especially helpful when you have limited sightlines, like backing out of a crowded parking lot or street parking.
- Lane-Keeping System. If you inadvertently veer from your lane of traffic, our system alerts you to refocus on the road ahead. If you’re unable to center your vehicle, our system gently guides your vehicle back to the center of your lane.
- Auto High-Beam Headlamps. Our system detects ambient light and activates your high and low beams accordingly. You’ll never blind oncoming traffic again, and you can count on having optimal light for even the darkest roads.
